What can an encounter with art open up for us?
Moments of looking, marvelling, pausing, reflecting …
Moments that can become a gift in everyday life.
Nothing is as rich in ideas and interpretations as a work of art.
And at the same time, nothing is so independent of them!
The concept in the background is Otto Scharmer’s Theory U, a model for holistic change. In situations of tension or crisis, the aim is not to keep running or increase activism. On the contrary: pause – observe – feel – recognise what is and what may come – get to the point – dare to explore – set off again.
For Marco Bruckner, artistic work is a spiritual process. The sculptures speak for themselves. They are reduced to the essentials and invite us to stand with them—and let the artwork ask us the questions.
This process is supported by impulse texts by Dr. Christine Anker, which she wrote in conversation with Marco Bruckner.

The Artist |
The wood sculptor Marco Bruckner, born in 1996 in Chiemgau, Germany, felt the joy of creativity and inventiveness at an early age. He experimented with drawing, turning, and carving and, following his apprenticeship as a wood sculptor, committed himself fully to the artistic processing of wood. With the chainsaw as his primary tool, his work is drawing increasing attention in the art world.
Marco Bruckner is a freelance artist who regularly participates in national and international exhibitions and symposia. For more information, see www.bildhauer-marco-bruckner.de. |
